Another mushroom picture! Yippee! :)
I brought the picture to class last week and the teacher explained with this example how even with a f/4 one can create shallower depth of field by moving in towards the subject. It made me feel a little better about my boring subject matter for this day.
I had another photo that day of the Manchester airport runway. Brendan the kids, and I brought a picnic lunch and camped out at an awesome vantage point waiting for plans to land. Finally we saw one....on the other runway! The one we were at wasn't in use for that time of day! Bummer! So, hence, the mushroom.
